Paula leads the Relationship Management Team in the North West and is also supporting the operational build of the Midlands, Wales and South East, ensuring SME clients financial needs are fully understood and that they are provided with ongoing support.

Paula joined Reward from RBS Corporate Banking and has a vast amount of knowledge in the financial industry spanning over 20 years.
