Community

Our Principle

We take pride in contributing to our communities. We provide crucial funding to local SME businesses and our charitable activities support local people in need.

Our Commitments

  • We provide finance to hundreds of SME businesses throughout the UK. That finance directly supports employment, generates tax revenue for the UK and contributes towards UK GDP.
  • We recognise the importance of providing employment to our team, allowing each individual to contribute to their household. As an organisation we pay significant amounts of UK corporation and employment taxes.
  • Each year we partner with a local charity, chosen by the Reward Team, in each region in which we have an office. We support our charity partners through matched financial contributions, organising events and contributing our time. Find out more.

Our Measures

  • Report annually how many SME businesses we have supported with funding.
  • Annual report of the amount of UK taxation paid in the year.
  • The Giving Back section of our website records the activity undertaken with each charity partner.

Measuring Our Impact

  • In our Financial Year 2021-2022, our funding supported 461 SME clients across the UK.
  • We paid £2.6m of UK tax in our Financial Year 2022
  • Reward is proud to be a part of the Government’s Kickstart Scheme – providing employment for 16 to 24 year old’s on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment.
