We take pride in contributing to our communities in providing funding to SME businesses, creating employment opportunities and supporting people in need via our charitable activities.

Our Commitments

  • We provide finance to hundreds of SME businesses throughout the UK, which directly supports employment, generates tax revenue for the UK and contributes towards UK GDP.
  • We recognise the importance of providing employment to our team, allowing each individual to contribute to their household.
  • We pay significant amounts of UK corporation and employment taxes.
  • We partner with a charity annually, which is nominated and voted for by the Reward Team, supporting this charity through matched financial contributions, organising fundraising events and contributing our time. Find out more.

Our Achievements

  • Our funding supported 221 new SME clients across the UK in our Financial Year 2023-24.
  • We took on 25 employees, taking the Reward Team to 75, in our Financial Year 2023-24.
  • We have paid £2.3m of UK corporation tax and VAT in the Financial Year 2023-24.
  • We have raised £145,197 for eight of our corporate charities, plus additional ones, over the last six years.
  • The Giving Back section of our website records the activity undertaken with each charity partner.

Our Achievements

  • We provide all Reward Team members, from the first day of  joining the business, with private medical insurance, a healthcare cash plan, 10% employer contribution and death in service benefit.
  • We have launched a Wellness Team which includes trained Menopause Champions, Mental Health First Aiders and First Aiders.
  • We provide fresh fruit and complimentary refreshments in our offices.
  • We hold regular business briefings keeping all team members updated on key business developments and news.
  • We have launched a new intranet enabling all Reward Team members to access business and regional key messages, latest news and team updates, along with an Evo Instagram account which can only be accessed by Reward employees.
  • We carry out an annual, anonymous team survey to give every individual the opportunity to provide honest feedback.
  • We have communicated ‘You Said…’ and ‘We Did…’ implemented actions as a result of the annual team survey.
  • We have launched Our Values: Everyone Matters, Take Ownership and Trust & Integrity.
  • We have launched Evo, our internal people brand: Evolving, Planning and Achieving
  • We have attained Level 2 Disability Confident Employer status and are currently working towards Level 3.
  • We celebrate success with the all Reward Team members at our offsite annual event where we meet motivational speakers, undertake team building activities and have an awards dinner.
