As Digital Marketing Executive, you will combine your technical and creative skills to deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns across a full mix of digital marketing channels to our external and internal audiences – our introducer network, our clients and the Reward Team.
As part of the Marketing Team, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation and contribute to an integrated Marketing Strategy, for both external and internal customers.
The Work – accountabilities & responsibilities:
- Be passionate about brand and brand communication
- Be responsible and capable in producing ideas and content that are on-brand – both in terms of our brand identity guidelines and delivery of our brand promise
- Work as part of the Marketing Team and alongside our strategic brand partner, to ensure digital communications and campaigns are integrated with broader brand activity
- Generate creative ideas and themes to maximise the digital marketing experience
- Plan and deliver engaging content and digital marketing campaigns via appropriate communication channels to Reward’s target audiences and drive traffic to Reward’s website
- Work on the development, launch and maintenance of the new Reward website
- Manage specific areas of Reward’s SharePoint Intranet and Viva Engage
- Manage SEO, PPC and paid social media campaigns
- Manage Reward’s social media platforms across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok, as appropriate, bringing this function back in-inhouse and working with the Marketing Team and key agency partners in delivering high quality content
- Manage the email marketing channels and issue key communications – This may involve sourcing a new email service provider (ESP)
- Create reports on analysis obtained from Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing systems and/or other appropriate data reporting sources
- Stay ahead of new media developments
- Research, suggest, manage and monitor online advertising and sponsorship opportunities
- Maintain accurate information on the Contact Database/CRM
- Review all digital communications to determine their success and any required improvements
- Attend and support with events
- Liaise with suppliers
- Deliver all digital marketing to a high standard and within budget, thinking and acting in line with our business values
The Person – skills & experience:
- Experience within a Digital Marketing role, with a minimum two years of demonstrable experience
- GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C is essential and being educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing is desirable
- Excellent planning and organisation skills to cater for multiple demands – highly organised with the ability to prioritise work, create project plans and manage tight and changing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence in communicating and proactively engaging with Reward’s Directors and the wider Team; customers; and external agencies and suppliers
- Creativity with a good eye for design
- Ability to take charge and deliver on your own; be proactive and independent
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to use Microsoft Office – experience of Adobe packages, WordPress and MailChimp is beneficial
- Willingness to take full ownership of your projects, team and actions – a real self-starter who has a genuine passion for all marketing activities
Requirements:
- You will be required to attend events and travel to other locations and Reward Finance Group offices – this may include an overnight stay
