Building a Property Portfolio – For those who are asset rich and cash tight, Reward can leverage off the existing portfolio to generate cash for that sought after purchase. We can use the asset being purchased and equity in the existing portfolio to provide 100% of the purchase price(s). We can even add all the fees into the loan agreement, so nothing has to be paid up front.
Straightforward Bridging with Flexible Terms – Most of the bridging market only offer a 12 month term. So, if your sale is moving quickly you still have to pay for 12 months. Alternatively, if it’s moving slowly you have to repay on 12 months or face the financial consequences of default. At Reward you only pay for what you borrow, and with terms from 2 to 12 months and no early repayment charge we can accommodate most scenarios. We are always happy to look at a renewal at the end of the term; we don’t demand the money back.
