Emma’s journey with Reward began with the business’s inception in 2012, when she worked as an Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Emma then joined the Reward team in 2014 as Management Accountant.

Since then, she progressed to Financial Controller and now serves as Finance Director. Emma oversees the company’s financial operations, including cash management, payroll, pensions and financial reporting, amongst other responsibilities.

In addition to her work, Emma is on the Board of Lean In Leeds, a network that unites over 1,200 individuals in the Leeds community.
