Steve’s Regional Managing Director role leads Reward’s Sales and Operations Teams in the West of the UK to increasing awareness of Reward among introducers and SMEs.

With almost 30 years of leading teams in financial services, assisting and supporting SME businesses of all shapes and sizes, Steve always focuses on the customer for the right funding solution.

Steve’s experience has been drawn from a range of roles, including over 20 years at RBS and in more recent times as Risk Director for Business Finance within Aldermore, and latterly as Chief Operating Officer at Ultimate Finance Group.
